My son is 6'4" 235 and does 20 reps of 255 easy and he just turned 12... Plus he runs a 4.2 40 and dates his teacher.

So you're saying he already has a texas a&m offer.

I know people don't like giving out names but if you plan on pushing him you are gonna have to.

What school & any chance he plays this year?

Yea, I agree. It is nice though watching a young players progression. Also, does he have a mean streak? All the size in the world doesn't matter if he is soft in all sincerity.

The kid is obviously a fatty and not a Von Miller. He's 14 and plays OG

Or he goes to a small school so his size is needed on the line.

have him stretch and start doing all kinds of foot work stuff and agility work now. I have never heard of a kid that young throwing that kinda weight.

Really? It's quite common in Texas.

There was a board in the West Monroe weight room for each freshman class. You had to bench 200, squat 315, incline 185, and deadlift...I can't remember exactly. Anyway, it had 30 slots and it was damn near filled every year. A handfull of classes filled the board completely.

Its still there. Incline and deadlift aren't on it anymore though.

Bench 200. Squat 315. Power Clean 200 (I think). There is also a section for having a total over 715.

Good times back at WM

That won't work, because he'll probably be 250 (he's 235 now) - so 6'3", 250 as a HS senior=DE
