Moss update from A&M insider Brian Perroni
“Jimbo Fisher is not likely to go a single class without a running back. He has taken multiple backs in three of his four classes so far. A&M's lone remaining target is Le'Veon Moss.
Moss surprised a few people when he committed to Alabama on his official visit weekend, which was his first official. Since then, though, he took an official to A&M and then also returned for the pool party. He actually skipped a big recruiting weekend in Tuscaloosa to come to the pool party. Not long after, he decommitted from the Tide.
In-state, and in-town, LSU is the main competition and the Tigers are very much still after him. They would love a class of TreVonte' Citizen and Moss. And they are very much still in it and the reason I'm not putting a pick in just yet. However, the fact that Moss has been to Aggieland twice is pretty telling as he does not make a ton of trips and is not the biggest fan of the recruiting process.
He is also a kid that is tough to get much of a read on because he shies away from interviews and doesn't talk a ton about the process with many people. So, it is more just trying to read the actions with him. I know A&M really wants him and is going to work to get him on campus again for a game or two in the fall. But again, LSU is not going to give up without a fight. A&M can at least sell him on being the only back in the class, though, and that should help.
If I do make it, it would definitely not be a 7 confidence. But I think the Aggies are in good position. If he didn’t literally live in Baton Rouge, I would probably do it.”

What about the 5 star they got last year. Might be behind him awhile…

Jacoby-Mathews update from Perroni
“A&M is also giving LSU a serious run for Jacoby Mathews, who lives an hour from Baton Rouge. Bryce Anderson is helping the Aggies a bunch there as he and Mathews are close friends. Anderson was one of the big reasons he gave the Aggies a look in the first place. This one is still going to be tough to pull out but A&M is very much in it.“

Wait... Tough pull?
Aggie mods already penciling Mathews in....Perroni's statement is quite contradictory.

Huh? lol can you read? He's saying that matthews will be a tough pull for A&M. Nowhere does he say that he's "penciling matthews in". There's nothing contradictory here at all.

Matthews gonna look good in purple and gold. Believe that!

Posted on 8/16/21 at 4:18 pm to Tiger Don 318
Why to double back. Covering your arse in back to back post. Matthews isn’t going to freaking A&M

Umm....Can you read, because that's EXACTLY what it means.
Other A&M mods have him a lock to the Aggies and penciling him in...and Perroni is saying it will be a "tough to pull out for A&M".

If it came to it do we prefer moss or law?

Law.
You already have citizen. We will be fine without moss.

True.... Perroni won’t/hasn’t CB’d either to Aggie yet either..... Obviously doesn’t trust his sources, or is full of shite....
I don’t see a stud DB leaving the state.
Moss....he may leave, but it’ll be because LSU wasn’t pushing enough
