Looks like they've got Smith wrapped up.

Smith was reported to have been communicating with MSU staff while at LSU...usually not a good sign.

I think we're all in on Ricks and would be pleasantly surprised with Pimpton. Smith would have been nice, but north Mississippi kids rarely leave the state.

Exactly. You have 0 chance at a title and won’t get developed to the level you would at a place like LSU

This is going to be an unpopular opinion but you could've said that same thing about LSU 25 years ago...

Arnett is a damn good DC and in time, will be a good HC.

They've had more than a few guys go to the league from the defensive side of the ball, so if he does go to MSU, good for him and hope he crushes it against everyone except us.
