Monroe commit to alabama inelgible?

Just read on sec recruiting board there are reports that one of the monroe commits might not be elgible for alabama. Has to be sims

i think Saban knew sims wouldn't qualify all along.. that's why he didnt mind offering him to get CamR.. smart move IMO

I am sure BAMA will find a loop hole to get him in( just like Eddy Lacy).Either way I am sure that crob will stay a gump regardless, but would be intresting to see what he does if Sims doesnt get in.

Yeah, I know, it's not happening. Signs were too clear for too long. But Sims was supposed to be a significant cog in their recruiting him... almost certainly not significant enough in this case, but it'll make for more interesting chatter at least

Certainly seems so, publicly. There were rumblings, but when he clearly worked Hootie and others, I thought that was just talk.
Now that this comes around - perhaps it goes the other way - Hootie decides on LSU and talks CRob into flipping?
