I'm sure he fully intends on doing so. Keep in mind that putting in four years of highschool work by pouring out your blood sweat and tears on the football field and in the weightroom, and giving everything you have in order to have college completely paid for is actually at least as much of an accomplishment. A free education at a major university would have thrilled me quite a bit.
