4-Star Carter Smith has de-committed from Michigan. This can not be a good sign for LSU. I don’t know how to link the X post.

I took a peep on the Michigan board and it’s actually the exact opposite. They don’t think their getting underwood and believe the public push for him also cost them smith. So this is actually bad for Michigan

They’re wasting their time with a QB they have no shot at and it cost them the QB they did convince to go there. Brilliant recruiting strategy

This is the real truth for anybody with common sense. They are offering another guy a ridiculous amount of money, almost on their knees begging for him to commit while they have had a kid loyal to them who is also talented. Anybody who sees that is going to feel slighted. I mean it's made national sports media headlines now.

The only smoke goin on is smith’s family being upset about Michigan so publically going hard after underwood. Nothing more than that the kid and his whole family will be at lsu next week, Sloan will be at his playoff game Friday. The kid is coming to lsu

They told the guy they were pursuing Underwood
They have screamed to the highest mountains that they need him so much that everybody knows the magical number is 5 million dollars.
How in the hell do you think that is odd timing that the kid decommitted? The kid was offered by all the Florida schools, TAMU, Penn St, Ole Miss, and a bunch more Big 12, Big 10, and ACC schools. He has options out the arse. The only QB from that top group he isn't rated higher than is TAMU's group who has a 5 star.
Michigan is playing a stupid game and the kid has options.
