If he wanted to "shock the world" Going to LSU, OSU or FSU wouldn't do it. Committing to UTSA now, that'd do it.

I posted this sometime last week to look out for Ohio State. Since I posted MArvin put out a message saying that.
Something along the lines that it was his decision wherever he went and his parents would let him choose..
Also said Mathis to Bama two weeks ago.

As far as "shocking the world" wouldn't LSU be more unlikely to "the world" than programs like OSU and FSU who are better than us right now?

TIFWIW We are related through marriage (never met him because we moved from La) but the word from family during the holidays was when Strong was on his way out at Texas it was between FSU and LSU and mom wants him closer to home. Never once heard tOSU but with these young men changing their mind from day to day you never know. Hoping to see P&G on him tomorrow!

ESPN 's gerry Hamilton said on their signing day special today "what's really interesting, if he were to choose lsu, Pete Jenkins their defensive line coach, did not make an in home visit with Marvin, so if he did pick lsu, that would be a rare occurrence. He hasn't really built a strong relationship with the defensive line coach". Gerry then said that lsu has that location advantage over fsu, car trip versus plane trip.

Didnt either Fournette or Guice say they would shock the world the week befor NSD? These comments don't always mean something.
