Dust off, you’re misinformed here. Both players were in the portal prior to LSU having any contact. In fact, it was a hotly contested recruiting battle for both. It was widely assumed White was headed to FSU.

There was most certainly no tampering.

I’ll be sending them some money for baseball. I don’t own my own yacht, nor a home in the Maldives, but $100 bucks a year if everybody would do that or even half of that, would go a long long way. I love my baseball team. And I love winning in Omaha.

Are you retarded? White got in the portal to go to a school in Florida, and Skenes was heading to Arkansas/Mississippi State.

Neither player entered after being contacted by LSU. LSU contacted them both after the fact.

Great thought, but I am not sure that we have more NIL cash than TCU.

That is a very wealthy school.

Go look at every sport’s roster and tell me we don’t shove more NIL money out there… They may be wealthy, but they ain’t investing in sports.

You’re joking right?

LSU is #2 in the NCAA is overall spending for baseball at almost $10 million per year. TX is #1.TCU is at 6.3 million per year.

Do you believe everyone has reported all their numbers? There is no transparency requirement, and money spent does not mean that is what a school has the ability to spend either.

Maybe Skenes wouldn't have become SKENES if he went somewhere else.
