Not exactly. The dark horses are players that could be in the class but are not currently part of the predicted class.

love it. but I want to be a total dumbass for a second, and sub alston for another linebacker.
get two rb next year but LBs are always a concern for LSU since Louisiana doesn't produce them as well as RBs and WR.
and PS....this team wins divisions with OL hauls like that every year. not sayin we need 5 every year, but this is how you win.

This is one of those moves where Saban is just trying to keep the Louisiana pipeline active. Kinda reminds me of him taking the Edwards kid from Destrehan last year.

Exactly. I've seen him play and he's not better than anyone we have committed or are pursuing. Projected class looks really good, would like another top shelf DL though.

Just an LSU fan page. There’s a ton of them out there. Most just use 247/Rivals but some actually do talk to recruits.

Murphy apparently wore elephant gloves at the Rivals 5* event. Not sure aboot the socks.
Another top shelf OL is a crucial need, but a LB like Perkins or Murphy would be great too.
Edit: just noticed that neither Nolen nor Armella are listed in the dark horse section.

I don't think lsu gets armella.

CB is off imo. Ausberry & Allen are more safeties than CB. If they want to try them at CB they’d have to take a true CB in that 3rd slot

I believe Fitz and Bo will be interesting. Because I think both could most likely be our center for this class so I’m interested to see what route the staff goes here do they keep Bo and hope he adds on weight to play tackle or do they drop him and add Fitz who I believe would be a solid center with his big body which would be hard to move up front.
