On Tuesday night, Grace Knox's Etiwanda team defeated #1 in the nation Ontario Christian (with Kaleena Smith) at the CIF Southern California regional championship game. Last week OC defeated Etiwanda in the CIF Southern Section championship game, so Etiwanda gets their revenge AND secures their third consecutive trip to the CIF state championship game, next weekend vs Archbishop Mitty. Im not questioning Kim at all but this legit wouldn't make any sense. She is a high volume shooting guard who isn't a PG. We already have 3 elite guards coming in between Divine, Zakiyah and Bella. Flaujae, MK and Gilbert will be back
I'm not opposed to adding a guard from the portal to compete in the PG spot next year but Taliah definitely isn't the one I would touch. I guess we will see what happens

I completely agree! She's definitely more of a playmaker than Gilbert. This would be an interesting perspective—maybe they know something we don't?

Yeah I really didn’t think LSUs interest would reciprocate. They’ll go a different route for a guard

I don't recall Coach Kim ever had max 15 players at Baylor or LSU. But 2 openings will make it 15. Guessing 1 player will probably transfer, maybe that will Rosario since she has not improved 2nd year and plays minimal minutes. Superstar double double queen Morrow will be greatly missed.
