First thing that stands out...his hands and the way he just plucks the ball with strength. Could be special.

Seems longer and leaner than lacy.
I can't really think of a comp for him right now. I haven't seen too much of him.

I hope his hands or his concentration is better than Lacy's. Lacy needs to get about 10 rubbers and sleep with a jugs machine until next year then he can be a potential NFL player.

Billiot has more upside than Lacy IMO. He is a little more twitchy, but I haven't seen a confirmed speed on him yet. Hands have improved and will only get better.
He's showing out against some of the nation's best this week. He didn't get much pub nationally because his HS offense couldn't showcase him, and he hasn't been a big name in recruiting circles for years like some.
Bottom line...great get for LSU.
