league, tell us what you know. straightforward. you were very straightforward in defending BH so be that way in telling us how he feels now. Also, does he have a general timetable to commit somewhere. ie june or end of summer. qbs general commit earlier than other position players.
now, based on your previous comments about camps.
does he plan to camp ANYWHERE since he has so many good commitable offers now.

Honestly, I don't know at this point and I respect his privacy. He is swamped with offers right now and has been impressed with all of the coaches. At this point, I think he is just starting the process of narrowing everyone down. But rest assured he knows what it means to be the quaterback of LSU and the honor and respect he would have in the state of Louisiana to hold that position. He was very excited and relieved to get the offer.
Gotta go guys. Yall have a good one.

In a 247 interview it says brandon said he had to camp for Bama?
My guess was that maybe that was said not to piss off the other QB recruits that have been told they have to camp. Not sure. I am just going off what I was told.
His mechanics are getting better and better. What most people don't understand his accuracy is affected by a couple things. We run a vertical passing game. We throw the ball deep down the field which invariably will affect accuracy numbers and two we had A TON of drops last year. Partly because he throws the ball HARD.

well, with the wrs we are getting in this class and with a proven pro oc that has developed top notch nfl qbs it should be an easy choice for BH to choose LSU.

Charles Power on BOL said that Harris is #1 on Bama's board at the moment as well.
Seems like his recruitment is about to really heat up.
Also said he has serious work to do in the classroom and likely won't get a real offer from either program with out academic improvement.

No doubt. Things are about to change drastically for this young man.

league, just my thoughts. I don't think ANY SCHOOL in the country can match what LSU has to offer. consider the following item:
1. Proven NFL qb coach and oc - excellent choice
for development.
2. wr class, (dupree, noil, quinn, blacknall),
best & diverse group to throw to.
3. dbs, (brown, hootie, paris, hardemann), best
group of dbs to throw against - tight windows
4. extra - home state only university
NO BRAINER - NO UNIVERSITY IN THE COUNTRY CAN
MATCH THIS!!!!! NOBODY!!!!!!!

I thought his academics were already in order.

With Cameron, Les finally has someone who can judge QB talent--about time.

just an observation - if BH was from NOLA he would be a LSU commit now. no way wilson would not have recognized his talent and pounded the table for an offer. I realize wilson is not the qb coach. not saying we won't get him anyway.

Mr. Smith at Nola.com with an article on Brandon Harris' reaction to the LSU offer.

With some highlights at the bottom.

"I have a lot of offers, but now I got one from the big in-state school," Harris said about receiving his LSU offer. "It was a little frustrating to not have it at one point to be honest. Now I have it and it feels good. In the end, Coach Cameron knows what he wants in a QB and he felt comfortable with offering me a scholarship to play quarterback at LSU."

not sure if it's been posted but he's thinking about graduating early and wants to have a decision in July.
