Senior Highlights
All you have to do is watch the first clip in that highlight. Current Cincinnati commit, but with Fickell going to Wisconsin, I'd imagine things open up for him now. Obviously have a solid in with Denbrock. I know the profile says 208 pounds but he looks a good bit bigger in the video

Go watch his "Senior Season" highlights - kid makes a legit OBJ one-hander for six (6). JM can play, he's particularly strong as a pass catcher - legit weapon w/out question.
He will have to bulk-up and get acclimated w/ the physicality of the SEC, but I'd personally be happy if we can ultimately flip this young man.

If he is the 27th best tight end in the country I would take any 2 rated above him and shut down recruiting the position. He catches the ball no matter where its thrown.

The reason I occasionally like to post a prospect’s highlight tape is in hopes that annoying stargazers may actually take a peak at a recruit for themselves, instead of posting their standard whiny-ass complaint(s) about the staff offering a 3* kid.
Some of the pathetic stargazers would be surprised at what can be seen on highlight tapes. Not implying that average folks like us can adequately evaluate a kid based solely off a highlight reel, but you also don’t have to be Gil Brandt to decipher whether or not a kid has athleticism, speed and other skills using nothing more than recent highlights.
purpose of people like us looking at highlights is simply to see what the kid can be when he’s playing well.
Given the fact that our staff has already offered the kid, we know they consider him a take.
