LSU in position to get 3 of the top 20 247 croots

So yet again.....most LSU recruits falling in rankings. Surprise surprise..... not

Do they not update the composite rankings? Surtain is still number 5 in that ranking meaning that other recruiting sites think more highly of him than 247 does. Regardless dude is a baller and a must get for this program.

These things should always be looked at as rough estimates. There is no way these websites are talented enough to dial it down to the detail that they claim.

What is the difference between No. 150 and 250?

I don't trust a website to know.

Either you agree that we needed OL and DT or you don't (hint: we did). So, accepting that, having 3 skill players in the top 20 is FANTASTIC with how many needed big bodies we're bringing in.


(ETA: And we're going to end up with 5 to 7 players that are arguably the best at their position for the class, coupled with the 2 ineligible NTs already on the team that will get first action in 2018 and, I have to say, from a personnel wise, things are looking up - especially in the trenches.)
