Bryant is no threat to Brennan, if Burrow comes back next season.
According to the talking heads on SEC, Bryant only has one year of eligibility left.

Finding my prick in a bathroom with lights off will take more "exploration" than it will for them to figure out this is going nowhere.

Yes, me as well. I believe Myles is a very good passer and probably a better pure passer than Burrow. But with the offense LSU is running Myles is too light and not athletic enough. That being said, when he develops into the type passer Hodson was, or a Brees or the college level of a Brees, he won't need to run the ball. That being said, having Bryant would give the OC some options akin to what Sabama had to do in the NC game a season ago.

How in the ever loving world of reality did you come to this ridiculous opinion? Bryant has one season of college football left. And that is next season. The only way Bryant starts next season is if Burrow goes pro and Myles gets injured. I don't see Bryant beating out Burrow next season and even if Burrow goes pro I don't see Bryant beating out Myles. Maybe they will split time, but I don't see Myles sitting next season if Burrow goes pro. It'd be nice to have the option of having a QB with Bryants ability to compliment Myles, but that's only if Burrow goes pro. I really don't see Burrow going pro just yet, I don't believe he is a good enough passer to make an NFL roster. One more season and he may, but not right now. But, Myles is the real deal. He is an excellent passer. He needs more time in the weight room. But his ability as a pure passer can't be over stated. Besides, Bryant only has one year left. Why would the coaching staff run Myles off for One season with Bryant? That makes no sense.

He's leaving Clemson because he just lost the starting job, so why in the hell would he think to, or LSU think to have him come here?

Burrow will still be here next year as well as Brennan and new incoming recruit Parrish.

For the first time in TD history the Rant believes the back up QB is not better than the starter!

You can't get emotionally married to one player to the detriment of your team. As a coach you have to look to improve every position on the field everyday. That may seem cold but it's reality.

I dont think there is any harm in talking to him.

I really want Myles Brennan to step up and be the next qb though.

Myles is talented. I still think he will be a great QB for us in the next year or so if he decides to hold on.

Burrow isn't going pro (or shouldn't) and Bryant is not very good. He's not a good passer at all.

Why on Earth would we take him?

And will have 3 next year most likely without Bryant.

If he’s looking for guaranteed PT, he should transfer to Ole Miss.

Is Ta'Amu a senior? Because I think he's way better than Bryant.

Kid should go to UCLA and play for Chip Kelly or UF and play for Mullen.

This isn't the Bear Bryant days. You don't waste a schollie to keep a kid away from Auburn that may or may not even be good enough to start for them.

If we have room for transfers, at least go get some big bodies for depth on the lines.

We'll have 3 scholarship QBs next year most likely, with Brennan learning and growing another year under Burrow and Parrish coming in as a true freshman.

ETA:

And then Finley the next year. It feels like we could almost FINALLY create a good cadence of QBs on the roster.

Brees is VERY athletic and ran a ton at Purdue FYI.

He rushed for over 500 yards his senior year.

And to compare Brennan's passing to a guy that completed 63% of his passes for 4,000 yards and 39 TDs as a TRUE SOPHOMORE is unbelievably stupid, to say the least.
