If not Chambliss, I really want Byrum Brown. If he's looking at Lagway, let's hope Lagway is okay with redshirting this year as backup.

He’s the closest Jayden Daniels clone you’re going to find. He would have led the SEC in passing yards if he started from game 1 but as is, 3rd in sec passing yards, 3rd in sec rushing yards (had more yards than Durham), 2nd in qb rating (with more than 30 pass attempts). What else are you looking for?

I feel more confident in Lane's abilities to pull in big name quarterbacks, but I haven't followed this the last couple of weeks, so maybe we're not even going to pursue him.

Read between the lines. They are both from the Detroit Metro area. And, maybe Bryce knows Dante is turning pro. I just saw the Oregon backup Novosad (?) is transferring. I think the backup knows someone is coming in and he would be playing behind whomever that is.
