I do not know the specific visit dates but the names to know are
Charleigh Bullock
Caroline Moreau
Lia-Monica Fontaine
It’ll be a very small class given many of 2027s who deferred will be coming in with the 28 class

I could be wrong as I would have to do a deep dive into the numbers but wouldn’t imagine them adding more than a couple. Keep in mind 3-4 gymnastics will be deferring and technically part of the 2028 class so that’s in addition to the 1-2 they could add here. But LSU is going for the big guns.
LSU sits in a good spot with all 3 but Florida is one to watch for bullock and OU for Morreau (as of now) but we know visits change a lot of things.

With the new 5 for 5 rule is it likely that Konnor, Amari, Chio, Lincoln and Zeiss might return for an extra year? If so, how does that affect recruiting?

They’ll have to be more mindful with roster constructions and understanding roster limits but I do think they’ll evaluate everything collectively. There are some gymnasts especially in 2026 class who it’ll be interesting medically if anything happens. Audree had back surgery and one of the Milton twins has been dealing with injuries on and off. Not everyone will take a 5th year tho

No, much more likely it’s just 1 or 2 from the three big names that have been mentioned in this thread. Rivera and Drusch are already in this class with Esponda, Redick and maybe Cadrin deferring as well so this class could potentially already have 4-5.

Caroline Moreau visited Florida last weekend. Hope she visits LSU before committing to Alabama, Florida or OK.

Visits could be moved around potentially with trials to make worlds team so that’s why some recruits are taking a bit longer

The LSU Gymnastics Schedule for 2027 is posted. Looks like we will not participate in the Raising Cane Meet in BR. Anyone know why??

Zeiss has affectionately referred to Drusch as her Minnesota twin since she visited LSU so it’s very fitting and makes sense she reminds you of Zeiss
