Hopefully Mwani Wilkinson and Eric Gaines sign today.

Frank Anselem and Moussa Cisse are 2 guys to monitor during the signing period, keep in mind this is just the first day, it lasts until August 1, so it's a marathon, dont necessarily expect us to finish up today or this week or anything.

I'll raise you Kentucky's 2013 class

6 of the Top 18 recruits

The bad part it's hard to really remember half those guys, I remember the Harrison twins and Julius Randle, not so much the other 3. Dont think any of those guys really made it in the NBA either except obviously Julius Randle. Andrew and Aaron Harrison are out of the league and again, dont remember about any of the other 3.

And not one national championship with all those studs. Is Cal even a good coach?

My personal opinion is no, he's a fantastic recruiter but to only have 1 national title in 11 years (ok, 10, since the tourney got canceled this past season) at Kentucky with the ridiculous amount of talent he's brought in, it shows he has shortcomings as a coach.

In the time he's been the coach at UK; UConn, Villanova and Duke have all won 2 titles. UConn and Villanova definitely arent bringing in the same level of talent he is, either.

It would be interesting to see Cal coach at UK without the 1 and done rule, as in, the best top high school go pro, and he gets to have kids for say 3 years instead of just 1 or 2.

I dont think he's a bad coach, I just think he's an above average coach who can convince a lot of the top talent to play for him for a year or two.

Looks like Anselem is most likely gonna commit soon, with that being said I think Cooper is out if 1/3 of Smart, Williams, and Watford stays. If Anselem commits and 2/3 of Smart, Williams, and Watford stay then Hyatt and Cooper are out *Assuming Anselem commits.

Nobody really talking about Josh Gray. 6’11 center. Cut his list down to 5. LSU is in it.

LSU came into Wednesday's signing period with three players committed but not signed and by the end of the day, all three were officially Tigers. The final piece to the puzzle was four-star guard Eric Gaines, who joins the No. 6 recruiting class in the country according to 247Sports.

With 1 or 2 more still to go!

Michigan had a kid drop out so we’re at 5. I expect us to jump Tennessee and get to 4 and if we add Cisse no doubt it’s top 3

Pretty impressive that 5 of the top 7 recruiting classes are in the SEC for now...for basketball, not even baseball or football
