Anselem will be first, there's still a lot of recruiting to go for Cisse. Going to take time there when recruits can start taking visits again and whatnot.

Bishop transferring all but guarantees that 2 of Williams, Watford, Smart are coming back. Or 1 of the 3 is coming back and we are adding a recruit

Yes, 2 transfers - O'Neal, LeBlanc...then 7 incoming freshmen

And the next question on how would the lineup even look, it's really tough to say. Anselem they feel like 95% sure about, Cisse and Kuminga especially are more wild cards at the moment. If we didn't land either of those, and ASSUMING we can get LeBlanc and O'Neal eligible right away (just dont know at all here), I could see:
Starters
F SO. (6'9) Trendon Watford (25-30 min)
F JR. (6'7) Josh LeBlanc (20-25 min)
F JR. (6'6) Darius Days [ Big lineup] or G SR. (6'6) Charles Manning [Small lineup] (20-25 min each)
G FR. (6'4) Cameron Thomas (25-30 min)
G JR. (6'4) JaVonte Smart (25-30 min)
Bench
F (6'9) Shareef O'Neal (15-20 min)
G (6'0) Jalen Cook (10-15 min)
G (6'3) Eric Gaines (10-15 min)
SF (6'6) Mwani Wilkinson (10-15 min)
C (6'10) Frank Anselem (5-10 min)

Cant ever give 100% when someone isn't signed, especially with the state of today, 95% is about as good as I'd ever give though in this situation with a guy who isn't public
