Update on Kuminga and Cisse:
Corey Evans article
Moussa Cisse and Jonathan Kuminga might be good friends, but that is not going to be the reason that they enroll at a program like Memphis. They will be making their decisions based on fit and opportunity, not friendship.
As far as reclassifying, I do believe both will ultimately move into the 2020 class later this summer. Kuminga just took an unofficial visit to Georgia last week, which is a sign he is ready to take a closer look at his recruitment. He has been rather mum about the programs recruiting him, but the Bulldogs will have a chance, as will Auburn, LSU and potentially Texas Tech, where his brother is currently redshirting.
Speaking of LSU, if the two were to attend college together, the Tigers would be the likeliest destination. There hasn’t been a whole lot written about the Tigers' connection with Cisse, but they are a heavy suitor. That could also be said for Florida State, Kentucky, Georgetown and Memphis.

Would be insane, but Billy Embody at 247 seems confident it will be one or the other

Again, that's a numbers thing, not that we don't have a shot at both of them
Watford, Manning, Smart, Days return
Three signees
Two transfers
Two current commits
Puts you at 11, meaning we at most have two more spots between Anselem, Cisse and Kuminga if we tell Hyatt, Bishop and Cooper to look elsewhere.
I think Billy believes we take Anselem and Cisse because Anselem seems like a multi-year guy while Cisse/Kuminga are both one and dones.
I guess there's a silver lining if Watford does indeed leave that it opens a potential spot for Kuminga
You throw a Smart/Thomas/Kuminga/Days/Cisse lineup out there and that's national title caliber

Crystal ball from Jerry would be legit.

Apparently this guy is the real deal. Only a freshman and playing for Randy Livingston. Culotta hyping him up on show today. Dunham eliminated them in the playoffs last night. Wade already on him.
Newman incoming freshman Christopher Lockett Jr. 6'3 guard has the potential to be one of the nation’s top prospects in the 2023 class.

I’ve spent the last 37 years preparing my body for LSU Basketball greatness. Bring it.

Did the NCAA freeze recruiting in all sports with ending the seasons early? I was hoping CWW was putting in some extra work on Cisse and Kuminga

anything new? This halt of society is killing me, especially the lack of Will Wade & Co.

Out of curiosity, anyone know anything about Jalen Mitchell from St Martinville? I se he’s gotten a couple local honors and whatnot and I assume he’s related to Darrel Mitchell.. not alleging he’s an LSU recruit just curious. I think he’s a junior

LSU is rumored to possibly add up to 2 more players to this class (Anselem and Cisse). If the current class stays where it is at with 7 commits including the 2 transfers I think the returnees will be Days, Manning, Smart, Bishop, Hyatt, and Cooper. Watford is a wildcard right now according to my guy but I think he ultimately ends up going. If he stays then look for Cooper to transfer out. If Watford goes then Cooper will more than likely be the one left out if room is needed for Anselem or Cisse. If room is needed for BOTH Anselem and Cisse then Cooper and Bishop will both most likely be out (assuming Watford goes).
