I haven’t looked into anything. Wonder if Landon Schutte finally announced.

ETA: Not publicly announced yet, but it's looking like the new commit is Jordan Martinez, a 2026 infielder from Florida. He visited earlier this football season.

Perfect Game not always the most accurate but they show the following as LSU commits:

2025
Jonah Aase LHP 6'1 190 from Washington

Future classes
SS Alaunte Massrock from Ohio
OF Connor Plagge from Iowa

Maybe it's one of these

Aasea announced publicly in September

The other two likely are not real.

I watched the first 11 innings. Kind of boring, wind blowing pretty hard straight in from LF.

-Larson, Stanfield and Jones all hit balls very hard to likely died with the wind.

-Samford's defense was putrid. Their pitching was better than I thought it would be.

- Braswell booted two balls that were probably not errors, but tRant would have flipped out. Dickinson played SS to start G2 and immediately made an error on a pretty routine play to his left.

-Hernandez threw two runners out in G1. He has a hitchy throw release, but a cannon when he gets it out. Left the game after taking a backswing to his left elbow. Had a hit in G1 too.

-LSU batted 10 with an extra DH (Brown and Pearson). They have a dearth of LHH outfielders. Will be curious to see how it plays out.

-Curiel is going to start I think, at least against RH.

Martinez and Parker Loew are teammates at Trinity Christian in Jacksonville now that Loew transferred there from IMG.

Only posting this here, but the company I work for will be doing an NIL deal with a baseball player next week. I will personally handle the negotiation. We were given a list of athletes to negotiate with across a few sports and I chose the player. I won’t go into anymore details, but I’m really looking forward to working with him.

Trying to help out when I can!

PBR just put out a list of uncommitted players in the state and KARSON TRICHEL was on there . I heard he was uncommitted from LSU, maybe this confirms it.

He announced a while back. I’m thinking it’s either Landon Schutte or a juco kid.

I think you mean 25 scholarships. The roster will still be at 34.

Pretty sure it would 25 scholarships to divide up as they please, so you may have less Walk ons than suggested . Currently if you’re on Scholarship, it’s 25% of a Scholarship min, not sure about any new rule.

Right. It doesn’t have to be 25 full scholarships.
