The rant lineup thread is hot garbage. So easy to see people that don’t follow any recruiting and just read the garbage that Scone puts out

These are the only ones that even remotely move the needle for me.

Fisher obviously has super high upside/potential, but what is he wanting ($$$, playing time promises, etc).

Hachman rated really high out of high school but how much is the injury going to hold him back if at all next season? vna Horn seemed to think even if he was fully healthy he wouldnt have pitched much 'needs to learn how to pitch' or something was to the tune what he said.

The more interesting thing in this mock that I haven't seen yet is Tommy White not being in the 1st round.

He won't be any good there because their hitting coach is terrible.

So it makes Vandy worse and pushed Corbin just a little closer to retirement.

And it won't make Arkansas any better and pushes DVH just a little closer to retirement.

Never know man. Local kid loves LSU. If he doesn’t go 1st round I could def see him coming to campus. Now Caminiti and Konnor are gone

Unless the Indians pick him at 36.

There are a lot of moving parts. There are reasons to worry down to the 11th round in a lot of cases.

baseball america just released their mock draft and had an interesting note on Schmidt. “There has been more questions about just how signable he might be recently”

I feel like they’re all just repeating that same line that’s from 4 weeks ago. Don’t do this to yourself, his number isn’t that high. I don’t know what it is, but it’s not $3Mil, and he should be able to fetch $3Mil even if it was.

that isn’t really true. I have been following this pretty heavy over the last month+ and this is just starting to come out this week from different publications and different people. Could it all be an agent ploy to get what he wants? sure but this wasn’t the conversation just a few weeks ago

Just curious if you're connected to him Tifway? I know you've said a few times his number is not as high as the $3m number floated around here.

Tigah14 has been pretty spot on with everything that's happened so far this recruiting cycle and he said a few pages ago that Schmidt's number is over $3m.

3 million asking price has been floated on here

It’s slightly higher than that. From Schmidt himself

So wait…just wondering. would he now be the highest rated prospect to make it to campus if the unthinkable were to happen?

Hunt just did a prediction segment , he thinks we lose the following as of now (obv subject to change)

HS - Griffin, Caminiti, Schmidt, Bateman, Ryan

Juco - Ware

Portal - Hayden

Didn’t really mention the rest of LSU players just said he thinks guys like Brass and Ulloa are Tuesday picks and will just have to decide if they wanna continue college ball or not

I will listen to it later, but did he say those are based on feeling or what he's hearing?
