Didnt Kaleb try to pitch this summer and it went really poorly? I know he didnt pitch here this fall practice either

He was up and down. He had a bad overall line, but some of the games he threw were decent and some were better than the line indicated.
He's always had trouble keeping his arm healthy.
I wonder if he's ever thought of going back to football. I think he was recruited by some lower level schools as a QB but he's got TE size for sure.

I was going to say he should consider walking on to the football team. 6'7 245 TE dont grow on trees

CJJ has said he meets regularly off season with players' families & I know he had extensive talks with Guidry's parents last fall. Pretty sure there is an open line of communication as to his plans for Guidry. Not sure what beats being on the mound for the last out of LSU's National Championship.

A couple more things on Ebel. His Dad is third base coach for Dodgers and his little brother Trey is a high profile 2026 recruit.

That was my predicted rotation and order to start the season. If you go to fall/spring practices you can read into Jay's vision fairly well.
This could change in the spring, but we at least know what Jay is thinking right now.

Prep Baseball Report just put out a top 10 JUCO list. Conner Ware is number 1, Tanner Reaves is 10.
ETA: From the part of the article that wasn't behind the paywall, it looks like they're releasing a top 150 later this week or so and unless they're referencing a JUCO hitter commit we haven't found yet, Blaise Priester should be in the top 15.

Steven Milam is scheduled to play for the Falmouth Commodores in the Cape league this summer.
The only other summer assignments I've found so far are:

He will be a red shirt junior when he gets back. Two years of eligibility at LSU.
