Bianco is in the state retirement system and will cross over the retirement line next year. He was only kept on to get his retirement right. He is gone next year.

This is how you know Bianco is a good dude. They're lighting a bunch of money on fire for a year to set him up in retirement when they could have just made him a professor at NEMCC for a year.
