Kucharek has a HR and two 2B in 3 games (.444 BA)

Dale HR and a 2B in 2 games (.375 BA)

Roellig .400 BA through 4 games (4 1B)

Mitchell off to a slow start in 4 games (1 2B)

Thompson .333 BA and a 2B in 3 games

Cooley slow start in 4 games (1 2B)

Nothing on Larson

I was genuinely surprised to discover a whole new summer league, but I'm glad our guys are playing somewhere. Still bummed we don't have anyone in the Prospect League though.

He doesn't have a roster number yet. But I'm pretty sure he was on the Combine list, so I think he just hasn't shown up to the league yet.

I think he's a draft sweat, but to even agree to play in the league seems like a good sign to me.

Project you think Fischer going to Ole Miss has anything to do with us recruiting Branch? Or more of a fit type thing?

Could be any number of things. No one will be coming in with a guaranteed spot. Anyone coming in must have positional versatility.

Yeah. The portal feels like it’s going to explode once the CWS ends.

Is there any indication that Muscara is a legitimate candidate? I don't know what he's making at Wake, but I'm sure it pales in comparison to what LSU could pay given the precedent they set with Wes.

Washington State's Elijah Hainline, SS/2B, is a new portal name to monitor.

Draft eligible in 2024, and apparently highly regarded.
