Guidry played 2b last night
I believe he walked twice

Was not in lineup tonight

Bronzini had one outing and he gave up a couple runs

I don’t think primeaux has thrown yet

Rougarou replaced rooster southall as coach for second half of season

Add a healthy Grant Taylor...

That would have been legendary.

It’s difficult to format this on my phone but here are the slash lines for the signees in the Marshalls league, number of games and at bats, then walks and strikeouts. Below the line is a breakout of extra base hits and line drive, fly ball, ground ball percentages (LD/FB/GB). Those percentages are pulled from the stats page so I can’t vouch for how accurate they are. I did round them for formatting purposes.

Also included what defensive position they’ve been playing and anything that jumped out when glancing through the box scores.

Dale - .281/.395/.438 11GP 32AB 6BB 12K
2 2B
1 HR
30/35/35
Has played RF mostly with a few games in CF

Kucherak - .275/.392/.575 14GP 40AB 7BB 9K
3 2B
3 HR
9/58/33
Has played mostly 2B/SS with a couple games at 3B

Larson - .222/.263/.556 5GP 18AB 1BB 6K
2 2B
2 HR
8/54/31
Playing RF
Played 5 games after arriving from combine but hasn’t played since Monday.

D. Mitchell - .259/.344/.574 19GP 54AB 6BB 24K
7 2B
2 3B
2 HR
29/35/26
Has played RF except games when Larson plays (LF in those)
11 of 14 hits are XBH
In highlight clips I’ve seen 3 2Bs to LCF and a HR to CF, all batting LH.
ETA: Confirmed the other HR was also from the left side and hit to RCF

Thompson - .231/.388/.410 14G 39AB 8BB 13K
1 2B
2 HR
15/26/52
Has played mostly 2B/SS with a couple games each at 3B/1B

Roellig - .231/.375/.231 14G 39AB 8BB 9K
0 XBH
10/20/70
Has played mostly 2B/SS with a couple games at 3B

Cooley - .256/.356/.308 13GP 39AB 6BB 14K
2 2B
8/19/65
Playing CF

We all know to take these stats with a grain of salt, but there are still some interesting things here.

Kucherak second to Larson in HR to AB ratio, showing some power. 7BB to 9K worth noting too.

Mitchell with the XBH's but also 24k's. Seems to be swinging for the fences.

I plan to take a deeper dive into the box scores and other numbers but it looks like he may be adjusting. 14 of the Ks were in the first 10 games (3 in the first game). In the last 8 games he has 5 doubles, a triple, both HRs (HRs were Friday and yesterday). He’s still striking out but the rate has slowed.

ETA: Both of Thompson’s HRs were yesterday also.

I think Kucherak/Lape will be the favorites for 3B 2025

Lape more highly rated, but Kucherak could be a sleeper.

I can't wait to see them guys. Being a LSU baseball fan is really fun.

Just to make sure everyone is aware: Lape is out with TJ and will need to redshirt next season. I know most of the people still participating in this thread know that, but for general awareness.

Looks like Tanner Reaves got released from his cape team. Didn’t really do much playing while there.

Also saw Micah Bucknam threw 1 inning in the cape with 2K. He is playing for YD Red Sox.
