Just FYI in case y’all didn’t see, Leah Vann did say this morning she should “get the green light to post next week”. So unfortunately we will have to keep speculating through the weekend.

Joe Healy from D1 tweeted out that there are a lot of draft eligible guys committed (in general, not necessarily to LSU) but not announcing until the draft process sorts itself out.

I think so too. I just can’t imagine JJ pumping the fans up with the tiger emoji just for that person get drafted and not come to LSU.

Jay isn't making the same mistake as last year with the draft eligible transfers.
I would expect Jack Sellinger to announce LSU if he is not signed. He's been all over LSU the last 2 months. His stats are impressive with 64K in 39 INN for UNLV.
Same thing for Mac Bingham, though he shows no indication it would be LSU other than playing for Jay and a recent follow from Tutko.

Makes sense. Last year we had our starting SS returning with a 5th year senior projected to move to 2B and we had 4 SS commited. Probably pretty difficult situation to convince guys that they will get playing time if they make it to campus. Makes it impossible to get a 5th SS too.

I think Zane Denton from Tenn is planning on moving on to pro ball and skipping his extra covid year, otherwise he has no leverage next year plus he played as a senior this past season

Tanner Reaves playing at Blinn next season has been talked about here before and I don't quite understand it. However, I have been doing some research and I saw it stated multiple times from articles around mid June. Also, he is playing in the cape cod right now and they have his college as Blinn. Very strange situation that I can't quite figure out the answer to if he will definitely be at LSU next season or not.

Josh Stevenson to Ohio State.
Seems weird on the surface, but their head coach used to be at TCU, so probably some overlap on the recruiting there.

Truthfully I thought he would end up at UL. Thought he could be a good player for them in a good league.

He can be a good ball player if he would cut down on his Ks. Looked at some summer ball stats earlier today and he has a K rate in the mid 40s. With his speed and athleticism he just can't have that.

If he stays at Blin he’s scared of the bright lights and pressure. No other way to put it. Doesn’t want his stats to dip against better competition or maybe get exposed who knows

He redshirted at a different JUCO that I can't remember off the top of my head right now.

Grayson. I saw he committed there out of HS. Redshirting in JUCO is very strange to me unless it was injury related.
