Like Project said, I don't think it is a confidence thing. They don't really have the information they need yet to show confidence that they will or will not make it here.
The guys you named are likely for sure guys. Only one I'm not quite 95%+ on yet is Chase Shores.
But any of the 11 can be picked in the top 4 rounds and end up getting the money they are comfortable taking depending on what teams take them and what their bonus pool money is and other slot money they can save. Just hard to gauge right now. These conversation will ramp up and be more fun with more speculation once the draft happens or if anyone decides to pull out the draft like Crews did.

Don't think LSU will touch that. Need pitchers who can contribute right away. With the way he pitched for State this year, I'd say he needs some time to develop a little bit.

Looks like the early rumor is wants to go back closer to home somewhere in Florida. Guess we will see if that is the case or some NIL money gets his attention somewhere.

you mean the one that was throwing 92-93 a year off tommie johns? usually with a proper strength program, better nutrition and a program focused on his defecient areas along the speed/strength curve this can be 95+ within a year of focused training.

none of the reasons you mentioned are why he is leaving state. most of thier freshman class is leaving. He is leaving because they kept tinkering with his mechanics and he struggled to throw strikes in the spring walking 13 batters in 14 innings.

We were coming off a CWS finals appearance when he committed to State.
