Coached at two SEC west schools that experienced incredible success during his stay (Miss St 2016 won SEC regular season title) and Arkansas 2017 and 2018 reaching the title where they should have won it.
Twins pitching has been above avg from a numbers standpoint under him.
More importantly he gives this freshmen recruiting class a mentor and selling point to develop under him instead of the much lesser coaching they would get under high A ball as rookies.
There’s a lot to like on the surface.

Can only assume this helps to push recruits to LSU. Guys on the fence will hopefully ask for higher numbers or at least lean harder to LSU.
