In Hs sometimes they put the best athlete at QB, that gives them the best changce at success.

Early Doucet also played QB I think.

Doucet had to play Qb. I think he should have been a rb over a wr. He was unbelievable running the football. His film was some of the best I have ever seen.

Yep dual threat Qb running pro-set at LSU pretty much = 00
Better be able to run a route and catch....

Tru that a so called "dual threat" wouldn't have been ideal in our 2013 or 2014 offenses. But have you watched much Alabama or the NFL offenses lately. That's what our offense is moving towards . Did you watch LSU much during the 2015 season? Did you watch the Texas bowl? That's the direction our offense is going. Pro style power spread offense.
A so-called Dual-threat works just fine just as long he can throw accurately. Why do you think Lowell Narcisse is a top priority for the 2017 class at QB.

If Lindsey Scott comes to LSU it won't be to play WR. Really you should watch some Lindsey Scott highlights or the state championship game when they replay it on tv.

Ya know what I get out of that pic?

I get that anyone who thought RS was a friggin SEC QB was out of their fricking minds. That's what I get.

It's readily apparent just looking at those numbers why he never took the over as QB.

Have you seen Brandon Harris high school highs or jordan Jeff...well they were both awesome in high school Jefferson won back to back titles and no one was close...Under 6' passers are few and far between,,,,and don't give me that Drew Brees and Russell Wilson thing....OK there were two out of the last 10,000.... Have you seen the size of our olinemen.....The kid Harris took his place won the under armour elite 11 QB challenge in the country and state titles also....Bet money he won't play QB at LSU...No way!

Also, how were we not more concerned with RS having a lower QBR than RR coming out of high school?

He was never going to play qb. Others did just fine switching positions. I hate it when people say LSU wasted his talents when they had several past hs qbs that were better passers playing other positions.
