Lewis Neal update through 5 games

"I've got 50 tackles and 11 sacks, and I've only been playing two quarters each game because we've been blowing everyone out," Neal said. "If I played four quarters it would be a whole different story."

This guy will be a beast and everyone who questioned his recruitment (on this board) will soon realize they were wrong....

"Other schools still want me regardless. I already know that, because when they see me they're like, 'We wish we could get you,' " he said. "But they know how solid I am, and what kind of person I am. They know I'm good -- I've already got a plan."

will be a monster pass rusher, this kid has been flying under the radar on this board for a while now, it seems

Agree, the knock was height, but the guy has great base, and long arms...deadly combo.

yeah production trumps potential in my book everytime.

This kid is having a ridiculous senior year and doesn't lack confidence. Love that he is so solid. Fits our type perfectly.

DE or FB, this kid will break skulls

I can't wait to get him on campus to see what he can do against college competition...I find it hard to compare high school kids bc the level of competition varies from state to state...with that said, I think the sky is the limit with Neal...

This kid is a stud. People put too much stock into a players size in college. shite we even had people say pp was too big to play corner.

Such a beast. He's the type of player that has improved significantly with each passing year. His potential is big.

I think more Elvis Dumervil.

Good comparison. I wonder how long his reach is. Dumervil is only 5'11, but he has the reach of a person that is 6'5.
I was never worried about his height, people who think that 1 or 2 inches in height makes that much difference make me

I still think this guy and Patterson are our most underrated recruits when you look at the rankings...

Yeah, the guy is a DE, not Copeland II.

Damn, the dude is a beast. Can't wait to see him in P&G
