As always, it's not who you lose, but who you get. Moss, Law, and Citizen are all top 100 caliber backs who everybody wants. LSU wasn't ever going to take all 3, even if all 3 camped out on Ed's door and begged to come. So they are going to go somewhere, typically to teams we have to compete against

Now if LSU doesn't get any of the 3, and they all go to other SEC teams? That's where the problems start to mount up

Law just got a CB to Bama (only a 4/10 confidence, however). LINK

Looks very likely Law to Bama, Citizen to LSU, Moss to A&M. Maybe the new coach will bring in someone with him since TDP and Emery are expected to leave.

That probably is a guess since it's from chris nee(fsu).

That just means it's down to bama and lsu and he is guessing bama.

RB shelf life is short bro. There’s little chance either return next year and will put their names in the draft.

Yeah, for running backs who actually get carries it's extremely short.

John Emery has 114 carries in 3 years. I don't think he's quite at the point of needing to worry about wear and tear over actually putting something halfway decent on film.

But obviously he's not a very good student, so maybe he's just going to hope to get drafted or sign as a UDFA somewhere.

That’s right. We don’t need Anderson cause he is a WR. We don’t need Moss cause he is a RB. We are loosing elite players to big rivals. Keep kidding yourself.
Losing Anderson really isn’t a big deal. If you’ve watched Karr play this year he isn’t really their best receiver by far. He’s a special talent but he’s it playing against the best football here in New Orleans. Football in New Orleans and it’s surrounding area is down this year. And LSU has talent at the receiver level for at least two years.

Why people don’t want to steal jimbo from them is beyond me

Because Jimbo, like Les Miles, will ALWAYS run his outdated offense.

I mean, if TDP goes off these last 2 games I wouldnt be surprised. Im talking 200+ yards each game.

I would be surprised if he transferred, although it would be understandable with a new coach.

For the record, I think both should return to school and improve their stock, particularly Emery. I just don’t think either are interested in coming back with a new coach and a potential NFL opportunity staring them in the face.

It’s been 8 years in between since they’ve beaten LSU on a LA kid that LSU really wanted. And I’m not even sure how hard they’ve been

Who was the last one? Qb from Karr that played WR?

Winston's last year was 14. They won 10 games in 15 and 16. Try again.

And in 2017 thet went 7-6. That is with a team comprised of the #4 Recruiting class in 2014, #3 Recruiting class in 2015 and #3 Recruiting class in 2016. Those great recruiting classes produced a 5-7 season in 2017 as well.
