I have never seen a recruitment with money being so openly discussed. I'm not naive to think this doesn't happen but having it so out there that the amount for his services could be posted on his 247 sports stats screams trouble. I'm all for letting this one go. In my humble opinion he is not worth the trouble at a position we are currently stacked at.

Mckinley Jackson and his family were about as open as a prospect can be when asking for money. LSU recruiting staffers were uncomfortable during his OV and the coaching staff stopped communicating after that weekend. Where'd he end up again?

- Remains quiet (usually a bad sign for the home team).

I honestly think he was waiting for a committable offer to Bama all this time and that window has closed. The reports that his dad is asking for cash are the cherry on top.

A&M has beaten us two out of the last three years. Everything you’re saying about A&M was said about LSU receivers before 2019.

Yeah if he doesnt land here, A&M is best case between those 2 by far. Craig has done a horrible job developing WR talent there. He was bad in his 1 year here in 2016 as well. No draft picks so far, his best guy opted out him this season putting them in a bind with a mediocre WR corps altogether...and who knows if Aubson even gets drafted, they may go 3 years without a draft pick at WR under Craig. Meanwhile we have had Gage, Chark, Moreau, Sullivan, Jefferson, Chase and Marshall all get drafted under Joseph here.
Oh and somehow Craig landed a 5-star at A&M and he couldnt even get him on the field the whole season despite being completely healthy.

It's not like their WRs were any good and that's the point here with BTjr, heck this past year Mond could barely get past 100 yards and 0 TD through the air against the worst LSU defense potentially ever.
Meanwhile Max Johnson comes off the bench cold and threw for 113 yards and a TD in a quarter.

Reminds me of the story Saban tells about Jimbo's use of Skylar Green. He kept asking Jimbo why Skyler Green was not playing and Jimbo replied that he only knew one play. So Saban says "Put him in and run that f*&$%@g play." Jimbo put him in and ran the WR tunnel screen that went for a touchdown. Saban said alright, next week teach him another play and run them both.

So your saying Texas a&m has our number or something because they won a completely rip job three years ago and beat a bunch of freshman this year. In between that we could have beaten them 100-0 if we tried. If I’m mistaken we have dominated them since they have been in the league. Who is going to throw the ball to him King lol? The kids dad has had his hand out from day one. There is a reason why we signed several big time receivers. Don’t think lsu is losing sleep.
