Last four spots...who gets them?

Confidence is high that two of this spots are going to Kelvin Joseph and Patrick Surtain Jr. I’m assuming Washington is a numbers casualty. The last two is where it gets interesting. Jamarr Chase, Mario Goodrich, Harold Joiner, James Foster, Justin Watkins, and maybe Michael Williams are all in consideration. The next month or so should be fun.

Damn shame that we only have 4 scholarships left for 8 great guys. I'm fricking fuming.
Should be at least 5 scholarships but bitches in the SEC counted the grad transfer.

Della or somebody said on twitter the other day O had another rb committed. So I would assume Joiner is in. Surtain, Joseph, Chase are in.

I think Chase, Watkins, and Williams should have signed in December if they had committable offers. They’re the odd men out now IMO.

Why does the SEC have the final say on this issue? Aren't scholarships controlled by the NCAA and not the conference? Can the decision be appealed to the NCAA?
