What happens if Harris goes pro? And McGlothern stays at CB?

That could be a problem.

I’ve got a par level for each position that is totally wrong. But somewhat useful.

Wheaton, LJ and Edwards I'd say then trek back if you want. I like the Cardwell kid from CA as well but he's different than the 3 above. Would compliment Kiner well but the other 3 are elite to elitish. Plus this is an extremely unique cycle where there are gonna be a ton of decommitments and processing.

He’s basically a Jacob Hester clone.

You’re missing the Mater Dei kid. He’s absolutely filthy—a top tier elite athlete and one of the slipperiest runners I’ve seen. On top of that can run routes and catch.

Didn’t miss him. Just didn’t think we are really contenders for him

RB for 2021
Chris Curry 5-11 215 jr
John Emery 5-11 210 jr
Tyrion Davis 6-1 235 jr
Kontre Bradford 5-11 195 so
----Corey Kiner 5-10 215 fr

Agree that we don’t need to sign another RB. I could see Bradford receiving a redshirt in 20 though.

Agree at this point but I'd wait to see how the season depth plays out before officially holding that stance. The wrong guy is 3rd or lower on the depth chart and the transfer portal will not be our friend.

I think you need more Defense and less Offense.
Defense traditionally plays depth. I think the coaches will play 3 deep in the front seven if they have the horses. You play 5 DB a lot and 6 DB some as well.
Offense will play depth at receiver and RB.
What LSU did last year, playing so many different OL, is not normal for a championship team.
LSU won the Moore award because of the numbers played, not because of the quality of the OL. Georgia, Oregon and Alabama blew us away on quality. Hell, Ga had both of the OT drafted in the first round.

I like the way safety is shaping up for 2021. Plus we already have two top safeties and a corner for 2022. I like seven safeties and 7 cb.

First, Safeties are very useful on special teams.
Two, who says that Harris won't go pro?
Three, I would want three deep in a nickel formation (which we will run about 75% of the time). You have to allow for injuries and developing players who are not yet ready. What you show there is one injury from putting a true freshman in the game. Not everyone is Stingley.
The real problem was the safety that flipped to Clemson on signing day and Kevin Joeseph who transferred out and missed out on a ring. Those guys would have filled in the depth chart very well.
