Just because he posted this doesn’t mean it happened.
I chose to believe what he did. He had many other power 5 offers, but chose one that obviously allowed him at least a chance to play basketball for them.

He did commit to Kansas first. LSU only recruited him for football and he wanted to try and play both sports in college. Izzo and the football coach got together on it and they both recruited him to MSU. Wade and O never worked together to recruit a kid.

That's just recruiting dude! There will always be a player that is a late bloomer and schools overlook him. Recruiting is a gamble and you really don't know how good your recruiting class is until four years later! Just ask A&M how last year's class is doing!
