Man, really? We've got Herron, Hunter, Bower and Neal there already and we might have another 3 guys from this class that can do it.

Ah well. All the more reason to bring in Kenny! #StayHomeKenny

The staff must believe he's going to grow out a lot more and he looks like he will....... Isn't his family very tall or big?? I thought I remember someone talking about that. But he would of been much better at LBer this year and he looks natural at that position.

Also Harron is going to play DT....... I've heard he's a monster now, blew the effe up but in a good way. Think Brockers but quicker and hopefully just as good with technic. I think he's going to be a freakn bad arse DT!!!!!!

But where would welter play. Someone has to help our guys up after they make a tackle . Just playing this could be special , but I am not getting my hopes up.

Welter just seems nervous or apprehensive on the field, I think and hope he plays with more confidence next year? It was his first year and like someone said he didn't have much help. Dude could come back next year, work hard and prove everyone COMPLETLY wrong! He was great in high school and pretty smart guy? I know if I were him I would be out to shove a sock in all the talkers mouths!

That's good news if true. I remember they said the same type of things about Brockers when he was redshirting.

Herron came in a little out of shape, but Moffit swapped some bad weight for good weight. They were anticipating him moving inside to start with, pretty much done now. Just needs to round out the technique coaching.

We've got Beckwith who damn well better start at SLB this fall.

I don't see that as a possibility at all. He's been playing mike and de. He will play one of those, or be a career special teams guy. Rt now he's listed 3rd behind welter and Louis at Mike. If he starts at slb then chavis wasted a year of his career.

It's been said many times that Les likes him at DE. But I totally agree he should be playing SLB!

Seems they like everyone at the DE spot. Whatever is left goes to linebacker.

I'm really hoping this guy stays home and signs with us. I think he and Garrett could be a great tandem.

I haven't heard this. I think Young is a LB at LSU. Hope we get this guy because he can run down & tackle ball-carriers like no other at times.

I disagree. He takes way too many false steps and doesn't have the athletic ability to make up for them. He takes false steps because he misreads A LOT.

Young is 6'2 and 220 pounds solid in highschool. He puts on 15 pounds and he is a prototype D1 college linebacker. He needs to put on a few more pounds which he can do this summer, but is plenty tall enough at 6'2 and doesn't need to grow anymore height wise.
