He's got two years of eligibility remaining...if he's okay competing with a guy that that one year left..that would work. Then we could get Chambliss if he's eligible, have some experience behind him and then get Pop Houston to come in and start as a sophomore.
LSU has to get back to bringing in a HS quarterback a year to develop. Really sucked missing out on Duckworth, but it was a miracle he even gave us a look.
Kiffin will get this fixed, without a doubt.

He was “rated” a 4 star in high school. And he was overrated. He’s not SEC quality so why bother?

Per ND beat writers, he ended up in virtual tie with eventual starter, CJ Carr, after Spring practice. If on similar level to Carr, seems to be worth a look. Also, some game film on him during several 3rd/4th quarter blowouts

You really think what they say has any validity at all? I’ll give you 4 reasons why it doesn’t.
A- they don’t have any idea at all. None.
2- this is always what writers say after camp.
And D- this is worse than coach speak. Are they going to say he’s terrible?
The only thing worse than believing this, is repeating it as some kind of justification for his ability.
