Here's a bit of news from the Newsstar in Monroe today:

Bell finished his junior year with 914 reception yards on 49 catches and scored 12 touchdowns for the Hornets. He enters his senior season recording a 4.3 time in the 40-yard dash and a 10.4 in the 100 meters.

“His speed – that’s why I think he can get on the field,” Barton said, “LSU does not have a receiver that is faster than Kenny Bell. He is as fast as anybody in the nation. He can run. He’s faster than Chris Tolliver. He’s just got that exceptional speed and exceptional burst and you just can’t coach that.”

I now people have been saying that, but last year when Chris Toliver commited they were saying that Bell would be much better than him this year. I think he is underrated IMO. With a little more mass on his frame he can be very special player.I think some guys ranked ahead of him are overrated!
