Gut feeling says no. Hope I am wrong. That last name playing for USC is just wrong!

We aren't Top 3, and likely not even Top 5 for him

He's had two unofficial visits to alabama, the last being June 22nd and will return officially for the iron bowl.

Alabama's eyeball deep in this kid's recruitment.

I saw that. He visited LSU too, wonder if he comes back for an official.

It's doesn't look like it right now. If he holds off long enough, things could change.

Doubt it's LSU, I think he stays out West personally.

Still a stud and a take but his stock dropped recently. He will lose his spot as #1 overall with the next update.

I was going to predict he will stay out west but I don't know. The interest between him and Bama is legit.

Very early on in the process it looked like we were gonna have the best shot at snagging him from USC, but now it looks like it will be bama with that shot. Probably winds up at USC though.

The kid is from Louisiana. His current home in literally Orgeron Land. A lot of very influential voices around him in Cali are saying a lot of good things about Coach O to him. This is far from over and I'd say we are still right in the thick of it all. If he watches this LSU squad go 10-2 and the program resurgence is on then truly anything can happen. What's even better about it all is the fact that despite how good he may be, the position he plays is one that we will never be short on and never be without top level talent all over the place. Getting him would be a bonus and I couldn't be less concerned whether we do or not. It's Sopsher, Lee, and either Cain or Emery that need to be brought in to make the class a sure success and worrying about this guy is wasted energy.

Watching Chaisson blow up into a 1st round draft status should be enough to sway him.

Chaisson needs to take a serious step forward this year. I think he will but he somewhat disappointed me last year. I guess seeing Arden Key as a freshman spoiled me. Not everyone steps on the field day 1 and gets to the QB regularly. That being said I think Chaisson will play the run better and won’t be quite as selfish.

I have high hopes for Chaisson, I think he could be even better than Key. Kid has a great frame. Glad we have him through 2019 too.

Key was not THAT much better than Chaisson as a FROSH.

But for Chaisson to live up to Key's sophmore year would be an incredible jump.

He damn sure looks the part. He looks like a kid that has put the time in the kitchen and weight room after getting annihilated by the ND guard.
