I think the staff likes Munchie because he has the height and athletic ability to potentially play another position if need be.
Boyd didn't, and can't play this year anyway.
Most, if not all, have given up on Heaps.
I could easily see us getting Scroggins still, but it won't be easy.
Hendrix is another guy we have a good shot at.
There is a juco QB that supposedly signed yesterday and would be able to play this year, but nothing official yet.
It's a mess, but it will work out.

We are signing alot of out of state guys these days so we can't sign all the talent in La. We'll take the best and let the others battle for those we can't take. Some will produce for them-that's just football. Most of our top talent use to go elsewhere, now the top talent is staying home.

Urban you lyin' bastard. Sometimes, after all the stories I hear, I feel that if this guy's lips are moving he is lying.

tennessee...
I don't agree with you at all, but I understand that you're excited over Kiffin and your staff.
However how is that you can "easily" see it happening, yet "it won't be easy"?

We don't absolutely need a QB in this class. We can and should be very selective.
I hope we pick one up.
I hope we pick one up.

Probably right, but know this...I don't really give a shite...
I also don't care how many of you little bitches/geeks think every other player from OOS is a freakin God because Rivals or Scout says they are...Sure, some are and some flop big time-want a freakin list?
A ton of talent right here at home, but they don't rank high enough on the "freak meter" for you...Then when we lose out on the OOS kids the talent here looks bigger and you little bitches start building them up....
You recruit your state first-end of story...If you wanna pass out some OOS offers-that's fine...
In my opinion right now Louisiana is 2nd...

Yeah.. We're at the point where we recruit nationally.
We pulled in a top-3 class last year and had a in-state 5* sign elsewhere. I think we're doing okay.

no use trying to reason w/ an ignorant person like you, but LSU is and has always recruited LA first. It is a very down year for talent this year, which is why you see LSU offering a lot of OOS kids this year. You don't think LSU's staff knows LA talent? Are you really that friggen obtuse?

Yeah, and what state helped the gumps get the #1 class?

relative to past years and needed positions it most certainly is. You're the goofball arguing LSU doesn't place a priority on LA talent just b/c they're not offering every LA kid w/ a pulse by May

Florida is suppose to be loaded this year, right?...Evidently Florida State didn't get the memo about Louisiana being down-they have offers out to La kids you freaks have never heard about...
And, when all these kids end up somewhere else then head to the NFL all you little Rivals geeks will say "how did he get OOS, why didn't we recruit him?"...Same old song...Only I'm telling you all now why it's happening...Don't wanna hear it, don't read it...

But they will be changing the offense. They will remove the QB off-tackle runs and replace them with QB sweeps.

Stop being a douche. You are trying to be like Maximus, but you are really just being an annoying douche with a stick up your arse.
On a side note.
Does anyone else feel like FSU gets the Miami/Bama bump? It seems like they offer a lot of no name players that get passed on by other schools, but they always seem to finish with a pretty highly ranked class. Pile that on top of the fact that their recruiting prowess doesn't ever translate into on the field performance and you have to think something is up.
Before anyone points it out, I am not saying that FSU is always in the top 5 recruiting, just that they always finish ranked a lot higher than I would expect for the offers that they throw out.

FSU evals are better than LSU's on LA kids? You have an inferiority complex. LSU signed 3-4 DT's last year. LSU can't take everyone just b/c they're from LA and they may turn out good. It's not as if every school in the SEC is after this kid except for LSU. How is this such a difficult concept for you? And it's friggen May.

You all wouldn't see it if you had 4 eyes each which most of you all do anyways...
