Curtis handled his recruitment the right way. At least LSU knows not to keep trying to recruit him. He’s not stringing anybody along.

I do agree with this.

He isn't pulling a moses and stringing lsu along.

Sooo very much this. There are plenty of naysayers who will hammer the new Staff for the ones that get away just to be contrarian.

Paying these kids ludicrous money before they have proven a damn thing on a college football field is gonna bite a lot a teams butts.

Two years ago LSU had more players drafted than the entire big 12 conference. Good luck at Texas.

Well maybe their family should get a job and stop using the kid as a mealticket.

That's assuming a lot. Why can't he just want to go to Texas...and not string LSU along like it's been said with Curtis. Shame on you for demonizing a family that you know nothing about. A NIL deal is not a meal ticket. Again, as so called "fans" we need to worry about more of what's going on in our building and not everywhere else.

Now that the new Louisiana NIL has passed it's a new ball game. We can choose who we want to offer $ .. That's home state recruiting and state loyalty by both parties. But we will offer NIL to the kids we want. Heard, Sampson Jr.,etc.

Once recruits see LSU winning and players developing. LSU will get those players.

One of the best CBs in the nation. Family likes LSU and his Woodlawn coaching staff is super pro-LSU.

He's referring to Terry Joseph, Texas secondary coach and Nola native, who was also a grad assistant at LSU in 2006.

So fricking what.....its NOT LSUs loss, it's his.

LOL @Texas. There are 5 or 10 better qb's in HS this year than Manning. Yet they are under the impression that he will revise them.
Ewers was 5 times better than Manning in hs...period

Let this kid go and fall for the hype. LSU has kids like him on 3rd string
