Jordan Burch 6'5" 250 SDE 2020

He’s a stud

Don’t expect Burch to come here, but he is without a doubt the next stud at DE that gets drafted top 3 when his time comes. He has that IT factor. LSU always gets good DE’s for the most part, but we sure havent had a LEGIT DE since Marcus Spears imo.

Edit: I say Marcus Spears as more of a reference. I guess my point is that we’ve never had a legit DE that is talked about being a top 5 pick in the last 2 decades. (Mingo does not count imo because I can name better players. He was drafted on athleticism alone).

I remember Spears actually playing tight end against Tulane in 2001.

Burch would definitely come in a play significant snaps as a freshman. There is going to be huge influx of new talent on that defensive line next year.
