Quinn got fricking blasted vs Auburn. Most freshmen getting laid out like that will have the yips for awhile.

For TQ, it just came at a piss poor time. The kid can flat out play, and works his arse off. He will be fine.

Several make a big deal out of these guys playing games with recruiting, trolling us, misleading us, etc Of course they are, and yes it is aggravaing and at times disrespectful to the parties involved.

But to say that they should just committ, learn the definition of committment, and all will be well is crap.

My point with #8 that seems to be forgotten, is he committed early, stuck to his committment, only took ONE official visit, did "all the right things", honors his university on and off the field, yet you would never know it based on "fans" responses on here over some unsuccessful plays. Recruits pay attention to these things. And no, he did not play because he knew the definition of committmet, he played because of how he performs day in and day out against some really good DB's in practice.

So while I do not agree with how some of these guys handle their business, and I agree with alot of you on that, this kid needs to do whatever he feels he needs to do to end up wherever he wants to, and forget about pleasing others/us, because living to please others is a wasted effort.

Gotcha...thanks for explaining. For the record, I wouldn't put too much into what our "fans" say on these boards. TQ had an off night against bama and we're all mad about the L. I'm not going to put it all on him though because it's a team effort. Everyone has bad games.

I'm sure other fans at other schools complain and b*tch just as much as our fanbase does. We're only privy to LSU because we follow it more closely.
