He committed to Alabama based upon their rep and the excitement of playing for them rather than choosing a school based upon where he felt comfortable. As time has gone by and the idea of going off to college came closer, he has reevaluated just where exactly he feels at home and who he feels comfortable with for the next several years.

Sure, its possible.
Charlot always had a soft spot for home and LSU though. Every player has his own motivating factors and Charlot and Johnson seem to have different ones. For Charlot, those factors highly involve being in a familiar place and where he feels most comfortable. Johnson seems consistent in his desire to see other parts of the country. That being said, he could still decide to stay in Louisiana.

No troll honest question, Could Charlot be pulling what hootie tried with Adams last year?

I see him committing before then.

Hootie didn't try to pull anything. When he went on his OV, multiple Bama players told him, LF, and a couple other recruits that Bama wasn't what they thought it would be. I think it was Alvin Kamara. His commitment before that was always kinda wishy washy anyway, so that pushed him over the edge. He tried to commit to us, but by that point we'd moved on. He then almost committed to Ole Miss, before being talked into recommitting to Bama by the Kings and Cam Rob.

I feel like he regrets going to Bama. He tweets about how much he misses Louisiana and even when he was commited he was trying to keep all the Louisiana people from getting pissed and disowning him from the state

Would this help or hurt us with Tyron Johnson? Are they friends? Do they want to play with each other?
Could be an explosive duo

I really don't think so, and Charlot is a better prospect than Hootie. LSU was no longer interested in Hootie after he decommited. LSU truly is interested in Charlot as he is a huge get. I really want Johnson, Charlot, and Jackson
