Well, there's an ATH, an LB, and a DB left in FL that are 4*.

It’s like our coaches are recruiting for a f’n 7on7 team.

It's embarrassing.

My target would be 11 WR on the 85 man roster. I only see 5 returning WR, so 5 WR would not be Bad. Although, the biggest single shortage on the team is Safeties. Right now I only see 2 or 3 returning and I would want 8 or 9 with 9 or 8 CB. Safeties are great for Special teams as well.
We have 6 returning CB. Does anyone know if Evans might be re-recruited?
We are a bit short on OL and DT as well depending upon re-recruitment.

Don’t forget that McMath and Kirklin can come back even though they are seniors.

Kirklin is shite and i think racey is gone.

Racey can catch on in the league as a special teamer

Lsu NEEDS brian thomas jr.

Does that prevent him from coming back? I don’t know. If he hasn’t declared or signed with an agent, I don’t know.
He was hurt for a good bit of the season, but a team in the NFL might take a chance.

Kirklin has had good hands this season and made some good grabs when targeted

If Gilbert doesn’t return, yes. The uncertainty surrounding Gilbert really sucks.

the problem is that we sniff on the o-line guys. LSU hasn’t signed a full class in awhile, we always end up taking transfer.

You mean like Joe Burrow? I seems the kicker we signed a few years back was good also. As a matter of fact, all but a few were game changers. But go ahead and find something to gripe about.

Did you miss him dropping 2 passes last game and loafing all over the field

My point is you cant count on him
Just being honest

If you want to win another championship or even make the playoff you need elite players.

Jojo earle will be elite.
Chris hilton has a xhance to be elite
I think nabers will be a great number 2 receiver
I love how smooth and long deion smith is

Boutte is the only elite receiving option as of now

I think Deion Smith will be the most reliable of the group coming in, and I think Hilton probably has the biggest upside

It's pretty 50/50. Who was good besides who you mentioned and Cox? Meanwhile there's been Terrance Alexander, Giles, Evans, Shanahan was serviceable but shouldn't be a starter. It's a toss up and no guaranteed fix.

He should be. Who knows how any player might improve with a full offseason.

Ok so since one player didnt make it that means this player won't

Let's check back in a couple years.
You sound like a sore loser.

I hate people that bring up 1 player as an example

As far under the 81 limit (for us due to probation) we are, you re-recruit everyone who will listen, no matter what. We need bodies, even if it’s for special teams, depth and practice.

LSU needs BTJ. Hilton/Smith cover JoJo's loss easily. Even if they're not a similar skill set they're both high round potential guys just like him. LSU needs a WR who can put meat on his bones and be a red zone target. BTJ has the frame to add weight and be a bigger WR we need on the roster right now. The WR in Florida doesn't really make sense to me considering what we need and have on the roster. They'd have to whiff on a lot of targets in other positions to get him, imo.

Call me crazy but I felt of Hilton/Smith/JoJo they still needed BTJ who has a unique skillset over them. It wasn't a huge loss if one of those guys left which they did. I'd take Diggs over that WR talked about here in Florida. At RB at that.

I mean what a regarded comparison. Does JoJo have off field issues? Is JoJo going play for Sumlin?

JoJo will be with saban in the system. Could he be a bust? Maybe but he's not speedy.
