Is this a joke or did you just go full retard?
He must have to think ZM's crime was on par with the charges against Hill.

Exactly. It doesn't matter one bit if she was forced or if she begged him to let her do it. If it happened, it's sexual battery the State of Louisiana purely based on the age. Unfortunately, I don't think many young men understand this, they think "hey we're both in high school so it's ok."
I am still trying to figure out how someone even determines if a something like this is really true.
How do you know?

No thinking has happened in a situation like this.

Has no reflection on either school IMO
Maybe not. But it can't help when ESPN recruiting board says "LSU recruit arrested for rape" etc. SEC is currently in the dog house due to the Cam Newton mess and now this.

If convicted, is he considered a sex offender? Putting your picture in paper, etc.

I heard that Hill is going to commit to whatever school can pay off the girl to say it didn't happen.
In this case I am sure Auburn will win. Maybe he can then get some counseling from Total Team Package; cause you know "WE ALL IN".

Wording is strange because of teh terms "pressured" and "forced."

Lacy was charged with carnal knowledge
Not sure how similar the charges are, if at all

If he whole "His mom wants him to get out of BR" story was true. Now I understand why his mom wanted him as far away as possible.
Again, IF this is true.

like conspiricay theories???
Hill decommits from Lsu, looks around takes some visits to auburn.
Hill gets offered some money, gets some proof of AU cheating.
Hill recommits to lsu tell miles what goes/went on at AU with him/other recruits
Miles stays at lsu
AU is a bunch of dirty mf'ers get a girl to tell a story that is not true.
All in what shot
the reputation of: lsu, miles and the general good buz going on takes a pretty big hit.
or he recommits to LSU because Auburn found out what he did and wouldnt take his silent commitment?

So what college will still give him a schollie? You know somebody will.

This young man made a bad decision that's going to follow him forever, convicted or not. He is 18 so he has to be held accountable, just a poor decision. Hope the best for both sides.

Well he was arrested for oral sexual battery. I doubt they charge you for that if you tell a girl to blow you but she doesn't.
