The law states that not knowing her age is cannot be used as a defense, but I have a hard time seeing them getting a conviction in your scenario. I met a girl at a bar once and went home with her. I assumed she was of age because she was in the bar. Turns out she was 17 and I was 20. Nothing ever came of it, but if it had, I would own that bar right now.

i am a lawyer and i do criminal defense
any prosecutor who has an uncooperative victim and still makes her testify is shady as hell
