She was fricking 14. 14 year old girls don't have the most confident of minds. They can be taken advantage of quite easily, especially when it comes to an older football star at their school.

Funny.... they stay that way at least until after college.

It doesn't matter if she was attention seeking. If he did the deed with her and she is 14, he's in big trouble.

Yes he will. Even if she's lying (99% chance) he is fricked. Shitty arse legal system.

It's that simple really -- all it takes is an accusation, some tears, and some bullshite made up by her friends to ruin a dudes life.

Don't put yourself in that situation and you won't have to worry about it

Exactly...you never took advantage of this little tidbit? So if he wasn't a holdback-assuming since he was 18 in December that he heldback at some point-it would be GTG? I mean then he would've only been a 17 year old senior getting head from a freshman.

Hill should have known better. Simple as that.

It shows his lack of intelligence more than anything, which is reason enough to revoke his scholarship offer, IMO

I've seen some pretty damn developed 14 year olds. A girl offers to blow you in a locker room you don't fricking card her, especially if you're still in highschool.

damn this was pretty much the theory I had on it, I figured there would be another side to it.

It is still a felony and crime. Consent doesn't matter one bit. If it fits into the statute and it occurred its over.

Like I said these things occur all the time. But parents don't complain legally and take it to the police because most parents do not want their 14 yo daughters to have to go through the public ridicule or a public trial.

It wouldn't matter. She could completely fabricate a story and ruin your arse. That's how the system works.

Everybody's thinking it. If he was a white quarterback on scholly, the parents probably would've poked holes in the condoms....

How do you prove that it went down if Hill and his buddy deny it?

Apparently if she's bragging about it to other students and changing schools, it doesn't look good for him. To those saying the schollie should be revoked, he has a lot more to worry about than that.

Registered sex offender, etc. I can't believe he would do any time for such a petty arse law.

It will come down to credibility of the persons involved.

Who do people tend to believe, a little 14 yo girl who is being publicly ridiculed because she showed the strength to come forward. Or 2 athletes who were 18 and have everything to lose by admitting the truth.

The defense will have no choice than to try to tear this girl and her life apart on the witness stand to damage her credibility.

Thats why these cases generally go unreported. Parents aren't willing to put their kids through the public humiliation and trial at the age of 14.

I don't know about you all, but when I was in high school, this kind of thing happened all the time. 18 year old teenagers doing things with 14 year olds happens all the time. If he did indeed force her to give him a blowjob, then he should be punished, but the way some of you all are talking it's as if he needs to be put away for a long time. By the way, how exactly was she forced into the boy's locker room without anyone taking notice? Something doesn't add up here.

Not sure that you can, but it still means he's done as far as LSU football is concerned.
