quote:That's not the issue with Moses. That's the issue with TigerDroppings community.
the issue with Moses is that if a comment isn't 100% positive about him, then we run the risk of him using that as PR leverage
The issue with Moses is all of the posters with hurt feelings:
(1) Moses decommitted from LSU and feelings were hurt;
(2) Moses talked positively about Bama and feelings were hurt;
(3) Moses wore Bama gear and feelings were hurt;
(4) Moses made a comment about Miles that was interpreted as not being 100% positive of Miles and feelings were hurt;
(5) Moses left UHigh and feelings were hurt.
The truth is that if Moses does anything that is not 100% positive about LSU, people's feelings are hurt.
All of those hurt feelings result in posters wanting to hurt Moses back, and posters wanting to show that they don't care about Moses playing at LSU, and posters wanting to show that they don't have hurt feeling.
It was a TigerDroppings demonstration of Catastrophe Syndrome, Jilted Lover Syndrome, and Sour Grapes Syndrome.
Even your own post is tinged with fear that Moses is leaving and just looking for an excuse.
quote:Reverse projection.
any rational discussion of him impossible. every post has to be done as if we're typing on eggshells. there is almost no grey with him and that's a risk and why it's best that we just don't talk about him (And he doesn't talk about LSU)
Is it the posts on this site that gets scrutinized by Moses, or is it every trivial detail that Moses says, wears, or does that gets scrutinized by LSU fans?
The fault, dear Brutus, is not in our five stars, but in ourselves.

Ridin 4 Moses
He's a Baton Rouge guy. Aranda's system looks like it could spotlight him. Bama just reloaded at LB and LSU needs him.
I am all in. I don't care if he has dinner with Nick Saban every night while wearing Bama pajamas and listening to their fight song as he goes to sleep. He is his own person and can do whatever he wants during this process. The only thing I care about is what fax machine receives the signed LOI come February.
His hometown school needs him. He knows it, we know it. Hopefully it will happen.

I have read it . . . in this thread and others.
Your post is incontrovertible proof that my post struck you dead center.
You shook.

Good luck. He's been doing this under several other screen names for years.

This is accurate. Moses is really impressed with Aranda.

So, does Dylan Moses come to LSU?
I know someone who is very close to the situation, VERY CLOSE. And yes I know kids change there mind all the time, just like Moses changed his. He was all LSU and all Buga for quite some time. He got his first offer from Les and committed way too soon, although he was in love with the program. That being said his mind has changed for whatever reason. Maybe it was the Les debacle, maybe it was something else, that I don't know, but one thing I do know is that IT HAS CHANGED. Like someone said earlier, he is ALL BAMA RIGHT NOW. Could that change, maybe. I mean who knows. But you have 11 months to go because he will be a EE, so do what you can and let it play out. Just don't see it swinging back in our favor right now. LSU will survive and still have a great class next year. Dylan will survive and be a great player for whatever school he chooses, as of now he's all Bama though.
I POSTED THE ABOVE YESTERDAY^^^^^^^^^
Great read by Details, and I for one have never said we are out of it. The only thing I stated was that he is all Bama as of RIGHT NOW. Kids change their minds all the time, hell Fowler from Texas chose to STAY HOME. Like someone previously said, maybe the fact that he left home for IMG is a good thing, he'll it may be the key factor which makes him swing back to us. Something is going on if this story is in fact true.
I will leave you guys with this. We or nobody in fact is truly OUT OF THE RUNNING until he signs on the dotted line. So yes I'm saying there's a chance

this is positive. and reason to support the young man, who appears to be a tremendous worker.
